ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- New York State Police have identified the pilot of a small twin-engine plane that landed on the Thruway on Friday. Police said Logan M. Steed, 19, of Winnsboro, South Carolina, landed the aircraft on the northbound lane near Exit 23 in Albany.

Police said Steed and the passengers, Steven D. Strunk, 54, and April D. Strunk, 52, both from Mount Perry, Ohio, were not seriously injured.
