'Doesn't have a soul': Man charged with kidnapping woman from Newcastle casino

NEWCASTLE, Okla. (KFOR) — The Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office has filed charges against a man accused of kidnapping a woman at a casino in Newcastle last month.

Court documents allege the incident happened at the Newcastle Casino on November 25 and that the victim told police that, after getting into Kevin Martin's vehicle, he wouldn't let her out.

She told police Martin took her purse from her and searched it, removing a knife in the purse and putting it under his seat.
