‘Hell no!’ New ‘extreme MAGA’ spending plan draws chants from outraged Democrats

A closed-door meeting of Democratic lawmakers on Capitol Hill spiraled into a raucous revolt of the new GOP spending bill that influenced repeated chants of “Hell no!”
