Christmas is always a time for bank balances getting squeezed, as well as maybe getting some extra cash in your stocking.
If you need to get to the bank with all this money changing hands, you may want to pop to your local branch over the festive period.
But just when are the banks open over Christmas?
Given that Christmas Day and Boxing Day are both bank holidays, branches will be closed on these days as the name suggests.
