CNN panelists shout over each other as Dem says MAGA has 'no interest in governing'

CNN panelists shouted on Wednesday night during a lively discussion over the GOP's ill-fated spending bill, which was torpedoed by President-elect Donald Trump and his close ally Elon Musk.

During the discussion, Democratic strategist Maria Cardona told the panel on "NewsNight" that Republicans showed they have "no ability to govern" following news that House Speaker Mike Johnson's (R-LA) temporary spending bill, which would've funded the federal government through mid-March — was resoundingly rejected by the incoming administration.
