A film version of Murder, She Wrote is in the works and an Oscar winner is looking to take on the role made famous by the TV show’s original star, Angela Lansbury.
Variety reports that Jamie Lee Curtis is in “early talks” to take on the iconic role of Jessica Fletcher, who was masterfully played by Angela for 12 seasons, beginning in 1984.
