15-year-old girl identified as shooter who killed 2 at Wisconsin school: officials

A 15-year-old student has been identified by officials as the shooter who opened fire Monday morning at a Madison, Wisconsin, school, killing two people and leaving several others wounded.

Natalie Rupnow, who went by the name Samantha, was a student at the school and was identified Monday night by police Chief Shon Barnes.

A second-grader called 9-1-1 to report the shooting at Abundant Life Christian School just before 11 a.m., Barnes said. Officers arrived to find multiple people suffering from gunshot wounds.
