School closings, delays in New York due to snow

NEW YORK (PIX11) – Schools across New York are delayed or closed on Monday morning due to snow coming down in the tri-state area.

A winter weather advisory is in effect for northern Westchester, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Ulster and Dutchess counties in New York. Morris, western Passaic and Warren counties in New Jersey are also under the advisory.
