JEREMY Clarkson has sparked concern after sharing a picture of his beloved dog covered in blood.

The pub owner, 64, told his followers that the pooch was ‘leaking’ and revealed a bloodied tissue in the shock snap.

Jeremy didn’t specify which of his dogs it was, but he owns two fox-red Labradors called Sansa and Arya, and a black dog called Didier Dogba.
