Over 35 workers trapped in Coal Mine collapse in Samangan Province
Sources in Samangan province confirm that more than 35 workers have been trapped under rubble following the collapse of a coal mine in the Dara-e-Souf Payeen district of the province.
The incident occurred on the evening of Saturday, December 14, in the Safid Khak area of Gola village in Dara-e-Souf Payeen.
Local sources state that rescue teams have been dispatched to the site of the collapse to extract the workers. However, there has been no news of any workers being rescued yet.
