Chicago resident slams mayor, calls out city's illegal immigration 'Ponzi scheme': 'Gotten out of hand'

While President-elect Donald Trump's incoming administration prepares to crack down on illegal immigration, Chicago residents are reeling under the weight of the Windy City's migrant crisis. 

One resident took aim at Mayor Brandon Johnson over the city's illegal immigration "Ponzi scheme."
