Lamborghini pursuit ends when suspect crashes into parked cars in Tarzana; driver rescued from burning car

A number of Tarzana residents woke up to a big crash on Saturday, Dec. 14 at around 4 a.m., when a black Lamborghini SUV evading police crashed into parked vehicles, then caught fire.

California Highway Patrol officers began pursuing the suspect for speeding in the Hollywood Hills area at around 3:30 a.m., according to CHP officer Erik Larsen.

The CHP lost sight of the suspect and terminated the pursuit, Larsen said. But the vehicle was later located by the Los Angeles Police Department...
