In the ongoing Biden border crisis, Texas DPS reported the arrest of a human smuggler earlier this week transporting 10 illegal aliens after a high-speed chase in La Salle County on IH-35.
The smuggler, Kevin Cruz Diaz from El Salvador, was also an illegal alien. He drove recklessly to try and escape capture. Diaz finally stopped and was arrested after DPS used a device to deflate the tires on the Ford F-150 he was driving.
