Blackstone-backed Ventive Hospitality's Rs 1,600-cr IPO to open on December 20

Ventive Hospitality, a joint venture between Blackstone Group and Panchshil Realty, is launching a Rs 1,600-crore IPO. The offer opens on December 20 and closes on December 24, with the anchor book opening on December 19. Proceeds will be used to repay borrowings. Ventive's portfolio includes 11 luxury hospitality assets in India and the Maldives.
