Montgomery Co. Constables charge former Austin-area educator with possession of child sexual abuse material
AUSTIN (KXAN) — Montgomery County Constables arrested a former Austin-area educator Thursday morning for allegedly possessing child sexual abuse material, according to a press release issued Thursday evening.
Curtis John Locklear, 73, is charged with one count of child pornography, a third-degree felony. KXAN reached out to Locklear for comment on his arrest.
