CapMetro offering free rides for people seeking shelter during cold weather

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Capital Metro announced it will offer rides to people seeking shelter during the cold weather. Individuals unable to pay will still be given a ride to their destination.

The transportation provider said it will closely monitor severe weather on Wednesday and the rest of the week.
