ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- New York State's highest court is taking up the appeal of a former Albany city employee, who was convicted of killing two women. The Albany County District Attorney's Office said the state Court of Appeals will hear arguments in the Edward Mero case on Thursday.
