City of Portland to pay largest 2020 protest settlement for alleged police excessive force

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The City of Portland is about to approve paying a local resident hundreds of thousands of dollars to settle a lawsuit over alleged excessive force by Portland police during the 2020-21 protests.
