Cold weather payments map reveals 18 postcodes set to get extra energy bill help

AS temperatures plummet across the UK, thousands of households are set to receive a £25 payment to help with heating costs. 

Cold weather payments are triggered when temperatures fall below zero for a continuous period.

Eligible households receive £25 for each seven-day stretch of low temperatures, with these payments available until 31 March.
