Trump is personally calling GOP senators to stump for embattled nominee: report

President-elect Donald Trump has launched a phone campaign to urge Republican senators to confirm embattled Florida Republican Matt Gaetz as his next attorney general, according to a report.

Trump has called senators including Kevin Cramer (R-ND), Axios reported Monday. Another senator, who wasn't named, also confirmed Trump had called them.
