A Georgia appeals court has canceled a hearing scheduled for Dec. 5 on the state's election subversion case involving Donald Trump and several of his allies.
According to Politico's Kyle Cheney, the order, released Monday simply stated that "the oral argument ... is hereby canceled until further order of this Court."
The order did not explain.
The case centers on charges brought by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis of a racketeering enterprise to block the election results in Georgia in 2020.
