Fulton County Regional SPCA gets $17k donation to support domestic violence survivors

GLOVERSVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Fulton County Regional SPCA received over $17,000 from the group 100 Women Who Care of the Adirondack Foothills. This donation will help domestic violence survivors and their pets.
