Neighbors describe hearing "big booms" during Saturday NE OKC shooting
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Saturday night, Oklahoma City Police responded to a shooting in a residential area near Northeast Katherine Place and Wilshire boulevard.
Raul Chapa lives in the apartment complex just feet away from the crime scene. He said he was watching TV when chaos erupted outside.

Authorities say the gunfire rang out around 8'oclock that night.
