No charges for Zach Bryan after September 2023 arrest

CRAIG COUNTY, Okla. (KFOR) — Country music star Zach Bryan will not face charges for his arrest in Craig County last year, according to a report from TMZ.

Bryan was arrested by an Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper in September 2023 for allegedly obstructing an investigation when his security guard was pulled over.

In May, prosecutors reportedly agreed to defer charging Bryan for six months, and have now decided not to file charges after the incident.
