Five-star guard Trey McKenney commits to Michigan

Trey McKenney, the No. 20 overall prospect in the 2025 class, has committed to Michigan, he announced live to 247Sports.

McKenney — the 6-foot-4, 225-pound guard from St. Mary’s (MI) and The Family Nike EYBL AAU program — chose Michigan over Georgetown and USC.

“I’ll be the first kid in 40 years from Flint on the basketball side from Flint to commit to UM,” McKenney told ZAGSBLOG. “Why [I committed] is Dusty May. Dusty is a great dude and a players coach.”
