(NEXSTAR) - Even though Vice President Kamala Harris lost the 2024 election, she secured wins against former President Donald Trump in both New York and New Jersey. Nonetheless, the race was closer than it was in 2020 or 2016.
There were multiple counties in both states that flipped red for the Republican ticket this election cycle.
