Museum of Art and Light opens Friday in Manhattan
MANHATTAN (KSNT) - A new art museum in Manhattan is officially opening on Friday after years of work and help from the state of Kansas.
The Manhattan Museum of Art and Light combines digital technology with the visual arts in its 100,000 square-feet of space. The museum is the product of five years of work which received $60 million in cash from the Kansas Sales Tax and Revenue (STAR) Bonds along with other donations.
