Providence St. Vincent nurse killed while vacationing in Hungary, Budapest police say

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Authorities have revealed that a Portland nurse, initially reported as missing, was murdered while vacationing in Hungary.

According to a Budapest Police Headquarters announcement translated into English, the suspect in the death of Mackenzie “Kenzie” Michalski was arrested on Friday. The agency said the 31-year-old woman disappeared on Nov. 5 after being spotted at a Budapest nightclub.
