Thousands of California residents have been forced to flee their homes as a result of a wildfire that started early Wednesday and has since spread to over 30 square miles. Officials said during a press conference on Thursday night that at least 132 structures had been destroyed with another 88 suffering damage.
CBS News reports that the fire started just before 9 a.m. on Wednesday morning in the Moorpark area, just north of Thousand Oaks, and within five hours it had spread to more than 10,000 acres.
