Typhoon Marce continues to strengthen as it ‘dangerously’ approaches Cagayan
MANILA, Philippines – Typhoon Marce (Yinxing) continued to intensify late Thursday morning, November 7, with its maximum sustained winds increasing further from 165 kilometers per hour to 175 km/h.
The typhoon’s gustiness is now up to 215 km/h from the previous 205 km/h, added the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) in a briefing past 11 am on Thursday.
Marce was already 115 kilometers east of Aparri, Cagayan, as of 10 am....
