'Down to Wisconsin': Analyst says Harris is looking good in two crucial swing states

Former Vice President Kamala Harris' strong position in two vital swing states suggests the election could be decided in one whose most populous city former President Donald Trump notoriously described as "horrible," a Washington Post analyst said.
