Saratoga County man sentenced for burglary

BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Saratoga County man was sentenced in a burglary case in Malta. Police said George Tinoco broke into a home on Knabner Road in January and then stabbed a woman in her arm with a knife.

The woman suffered non-life threatening injuries. A minor was in the home at the time.

He plead guilty to burlary in the third degree in July. He was sentenced to two to four years in jail.
