Next up for Pontypridd RFC is the short journey north up the A470 for a huge Valleys Derby clash against Merthyr RFC. The Admiral Premiership match at The Wern kicks off at 2:30pm.

The last time the two sides met was earlier this year on Thursday 14th March at Sardis Road. The scores were level at 22-all as the match headed into the final few minutes, that was before Ben Burnell stepped up and kicked a late penalty to seal a 25-22 win for Ponty. Harvey Nash grabbed a brace of tries and there was another for Tom Harper that evening.
