The Athletics announced a few subtractions from the team on Friday afternoon, the second day of the offseason:
Infielder Ryan Noda has been claimed off waivers by the Los Angeles Angels. Right-handed pitcher Royber Salinas has been claimed off waivers by the Atlanta Braves.
