In a new interview, the 51-year-old supermodel and American’s Got Talent judge shared a very cheeky answer when asked how she stays fit.

“Sport en chambre is my favorite exercise — it sounds better in French,” Heidi told The Times. The phrase loosely translates to “bedroom sports.”
