A 95-year-old World War II veteran is sharing tips on how he stays fit and healthy, nearly 80 years after he joined the U.S. Army at 17 years old in 1945; just one day before the global conflict concluded.
Speaking with Fox News Digital, David Scott, from Dover, NH, said that he works out at his local Planet Fitness several times a week to keep active, even at his advanced age. Scott heads to the gym every other day, where he undertakes a 30-minute, full-body workout using machines to target his shoulders, legs, and stomach.
