We're seeing dense fog out there this morning with visibilities below a quarter-mile and most likely near zero in rural areas. This fog will burn off by mid-morning, giving us partly cloudy skies later this afternoon. Temperatures will rise into the lower 90s, but humidity will be low as we'll continue to see northwesterly winds.
As the remnants of Francine work south and open up into an upper-level trough, we'll see some atmospheric lift across the area. Moisture is limited, so widespread rain chances not expected...
