NEOSHO COUNTY, Kan. (KSNW) — Former Neosho County Attorney Linus Thuston pleaded guilty to financial crimes on Wednesday, Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach announced.
A news release from the attorney general's office said Thuston pleaded guilty to misuse of public funds and a sales tax violation. A conviction of misuse of public funds requires forfeiture of office, which he did on Aug. 13, 2024.
