Students are back on campus while university administrators are scrambling, lawsuits are flying, and the problems that caused rampant antisemitism last spring still have not been addressed. Both Presidential candidates promise to address antisemitism, but Jewish students on campus cannot afford to wait until the next President takes office in 2025. Congress needs to act now, in the narrow window before Congress goes on campaign break, to update their rules and regulations to better address antisemitism.
