IIMs shift focus to long-term employability from placements

Indian Institutes of Management are improving students' long-term employability by increasing interactions with industry and offering workshops and mentoring. IIM Kozhikode established a CARE office focusing on Corporate Access, Readiness, and Engagement, aiming to better prepare students for diverse career paths and build strong recruiter relationships amid an unpredictable job market.
