FORT EDWARD, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Washington County is urging residents to protect themselves from mosquito bites after a horse tested positive for Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE). The Washington County Department of Public Health said there are no human cases currently, but the risk of exposure remains.
