The Pakistani military has announced that at least three soldiers and four militants were killed in clashes between the army and militants in the northwest of the country.
According to the statement by the Pakistani army, these clashes occurred on Saturday, August 10, between security forces and militants at three different locations in the Tirah Valley of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
This comes amid a surge in terrorist attacks in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan regions of Pakistan in recent months.
