KINGMAN, Kan. (KSNW) -- The Kingman State Fishing Lake will close for two days this week.
The lake will undergo chemical treatment of cattails on Tuesday and Wednesday. The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks says the closure is needed to protect the lake's ecosystem and to keep individuals safe.
