Reliance Capital case: Administrator accuses IIHL of not complying with NCLT order

The administrator of Reliance Capital claimed IIHL did not comply with a tribunal's order by placing funds in incorrect accounts. IIHL stated funds would transfer after escrow conditions are met. As per the July 23 NCLT order, IIHL had until July 31, 2024, to comply, but the administrator argued conditions remain unmet.
