Indian tech drives faster adoption of hybrid work mode

Hybrid and remote job openings continue to rise in India, particularly in the IT sector, around three years after offices reopened following Covid-induced lockdowns. Approximately 20% of all job postings are for remote and hybrid roles, a significant increase from 0.9% in 2020, according to a specialist staffing firm Xpheno.
