To the editor: Danger of tampering with judicial independence

Don’t be fooled by President Biden’s proposed reforms to the U.S. Supreme Court. Under the guise of restoring trust and accountability in the judicial branch, Biden is looking to install term limits and a vaguely defined code of ethics into law to intimidate the judicial branch that has rightly restricted his attempts to seize power that belongs with the legislature.
