Cross River speaker urges youths to shun violent protest

The Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Elvert Ayambem, has appealed to youths in the state to refrain from participating in the planned national protest set to begin on August 1, 2024. He said if the protest turns out violent, it will not benefit the state, rather it will only exacerbate problems.
