Wayanad landslides: PM Modi speaks to Kerala CM, announces Rs 2 lakh ex-gratia to kin of deceased

On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi assured Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan of full support from the central government following severe landslides in Wayanad caused by heavy rainfall. The landslides, which occurred early in the morning, resulted in at least four deaths and numerous injuries.
