Vice President Harris is heading to Wisconsin on Tuesday for her first rally since securing enough delegates to become the likely Democratic nominee for president, where she will lay out the case against former President Trump and tout a massive fundraising haul.
The campaign event in Milwaukee makes the site of last week’s Republican National Convention the first campaign stop of her presidential bid. It will also mark her fifth visit this year to the Badger State, a key battleground state ahead of November.
