BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — An LSU football player was arrested after being accused of video voyeurism.
Javien Toviano, 19, of Arlington, Texas, was arrested and booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish prison on charges of video voyeurism.
According to an affidavit, on July 8, a deputy with the sheriff's office met with the victim, who reported she found two videos of the two engaging in sexual activity on Toviano's iPad. The victim told the deputy she did not consent to being recorded.
